Project title: ACCESS to VET – with Competence Development and Skills Recognition

Project duration: 01.09.2016. – 31.08.2019.

The direct target group of the project is professionals and staff members of organisations in charge of managing career orientation activities, VET, adult learning, carrying out career guidance and forming employment policy guidelines who – during transnational partnership meetings – all acquired and exchanged experiences related to methods applied in operating a VET system considering the results of improving transversal skills and validating learning outcomes acquired in non-formal learning environments.

As one of the main results of the project the Brochure of Best Practices has been created providing a complete collection of the experiences and results of methods and their application used by the partner organisations as well as the study summarising the conclusions of integrating the acquired methods has been compiled, which are to be used and spread by all members of the partnership to a wide audience. The professional materials to be published in English and national languages – if needed – do not only contain beneficial information for the partner countries but also for organisations responsible for forming VET and employment policy in EU member states related to raising motivation towards lifelong learning and providing easier access to VET.
