As an active member of the European Union's Erasmus + programme, the Békéscsaba Center of Vocational Training not only supports their students professional experience abroad, but also, as a host institution, organizes programmes in Hungary for students from their foreign partner schools also participating in the Erasmus+ programme.
In mid-September, a group of 16 secondary school students arrived from Marosvásárhely (Târgu Mureș, Romania) under the Erasmus + programme. The car mechanic students and their 2 accompanying teachers spent four weeks in Békéscsaba, and their goal was to gain as much professional experience as possible in the field of vehicle polishing. Their host places were the workshop of Békéscsaba Center of Vocational Training Kós Károly Technicum and Vocational School, and three local companies.
The students' working days were colored by leisure and cultural programmes on weekends, and exploring the cities of Gyula, Budapest and Szeged were among their destinations.
At the end of the mobility period, on the last working day, the students received their Europass Mobility, which is a document uniformly accepted in the European Union for completing an internship abroad.
